Care Is Here For You

Isn’t Time You Enjoyed The Porterbrook Way of Life…
Providing care and comfort in uncertain times

Situated in the quiet, leafy suburb of Crosspool in Sheffield, our focus is on creating a homely atmosphere for our residents, offering first-rate accommodation and superb facilities in a comfortable setting. We offer residential, dementia and respite care for up to 44 residents.

We understand that life has been a little different during the last few months. COVID-19 has turned our lives upside down, and for many members of our community it means an extended period of enforced time in your home. While not ideal in the best of times, for those with a parent, parents or family a distance away it is likely to be an even greater worry.

As a result of the ongoing uncertainty, you, or a loved one, may have delayed the move into residential care. We want to let you know that we are always here for you. Rest assured, we are COVID-19 compliant and have the processes in place to keep residents, families and our team  stay safe.

At The Porterbrook, peace of mind is paramount at all times and we firmly believe that life should never be put on hold - which is why the care, comfort and companionship we always provide is so important, especially as normality may still be some time away as winter approaches.

With this in mind we are able to offer both respite and permanent care – bringing the flexibility to your life that you might need just now as winter approaches.

At the home you will be with a likeminded community and new friends enjoying the simple things in life, whether you are joining us for a respite stay or as a permanent resident.
