With modern bedrooms with en suite facilities for 44 residents, our care home offers Residential and Dementia Care as well as Respite Care for older people needing elderly care by a team of qualified professionals. Not only do we provide exceptional care in a home-from-home setting, but our residential care home also presents a variety of all-inclusive facilities for residents to use to make good use of during their stay. Life at The Porterbrook Care Home
Our luxury residential care home in Sheffield offers an array of activities within our weekly activities programme which is created by our Activities Coordinators. Residents will never be short of things to do and they have the freedom to do whatever they wish with their day, so if they would prefer to do something else, they are more than welcome to do so.
Activities that residents have done in the past include decorating and making for the home, gardening, baking pamper days and entertainment from live musicians as well as trips to local attractions. Our team works hard to ensure that the activities and workshops that take place meet the interests of our residents, and our team is always willing to incorporate new ideas into the programme.
